The days of "Rubber lures" have returned!!!
The Seabass are crazy when they sees the lure, all was landed by lure.
As all the Golden Pomfret(GP) was landed by prawn meat on GP rig.

BTW, the biggest Seabass weights 3.5kg using the scale from the Bait shop.

The night seems very quiet as not many people land fish.
Only till about 1.30pm, when someone started to land Golden Pomfret which tempted me to try my luck.
3 takes in a roll, but didn't manage to land any!! Strange???
Then a monster came along and took my GP rig, ZZZZZzzZzzZZzzZzZ it goes till my leader snapped. Powerful fellow!!! : )
ZERO for me this day!!!

The fish was estimated to weight 15kg by Dula.

Using my G.Loomis IMX 2-6lb + BioMaster 1000 + 8lb fire Cristal line.
The fish turnout to be a very good fighter.
And me, a very happy man!! : )

Decided to head down to PRPP this evening after dinner, contacted Merlinz but was informed that he have to work.
Feeling very sad, and knowing no AA kaki want to go there.
I decided to go alone.

Well...........


It's a good night!!!!!!!!

I managed to land 33pcs on a single rod from 1915hr to 2215hrs.
3 solid hrs without extra time, with 5 minutes per fish excluding those which got away!!!!!!!

William, a regular was also there to see the action.
Too bad he did not fish as he didn't bring his tackle. hehehe....

Hit a one way train which took my line from right to left, powerful!!!
Then the leader snapped at the far left pump. Very good fight!!

20080920-Farmway3 CnR

Was there last night with Wolf @9pm.
Started setting up using live prawns on floater, while Wolf uses his "FLY".
First cast, floater sink within 30secs. zzZZzzZz up came a Kim 3-4kg. Just about to release the fish Wolf got a hook up!!! A nice size cat 4-5kg range.
Second cast, floater sink within 2 minutes.ZZzzzZzzZZ again came along a 3-4kg kim. Hahaha... good work out mann!!!
Then before I say bye bye to my fish, Wolf hit a monster!!!ZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzZZZZZZzzzzzzz
Don't know how long he zzzzZZ he is stilll zzzzZZzzZing!!! Great fun for him mann!!
He then passed the rod to me for some action, Whao powerful, fought for awhile and passed the rod back to Wolf, so that he can land the fellow.
Then Xeno showed up at about 945pm and join us with the fun. The night continue with action as Xeno landed the biggest Kim of the night!!! on my rod!! ha ha !! nice bend!! hehe...

Total catch : 2 cats and 6 kims.

Will be there for some trills again!! yahoo!!!

Ok for me tonight as I have only managed to land 5pcs.
The big Snapper took my lure right after my 6th cast, given me a shock as I was unprepared.
I'm really surprised tonight, as i didn't land any seabass with my rubber lure - the killer bait.

I was lucky to park my live prawn right next to this fellow's mouth.
This 5.5kg grouper did put some stress on my G.Loomis GLX 6-10lb rod + Stradic 1000Fi, but at the end we still win the war!!!!
